I'm always amazed when there are still people in the world who Haven't seen Hocus Pocus. I was like 9 when it came out and I've watched it almost every October since. It's just a tradition now. I have to watch Hocus Pocus, Trick r Treat, and at least one of the Halloween movies every spooky season. ...speaking of...Have you seen Trick r Treat? 😀

And now, for some adult conversation, the great Bette Midler (the main sister), got her start in the infamous Continental Baths in Manhattan in the early 1970. A very braless and young Divine Miss M did shows to gay men sitting in their white towels, as they took a rest from all the sex that you get to enjoy in your standard gay bath house. There are many grainy youtube vids of this. And don't miss an also very young Barry Manilow on the piano for her shows. They both became superstars.

I hadn't seen that since I was really young. Such a fun film. Dunno if it's because I was a 90s kid, but 90s Holiday/Festive films have such a comforting and fun vibe to them. I'm pretty sure this film scared me when I was younger, though now just seems funny. The sister in the bed was the only thing that got me 😂

So now I’ve watched the reaction! Interesting fact, when the witches are dead and the kids are dancing around outside the school… the fountain in the background is where they filmed the intro for Friends! Also, you made the remark that Elijah was everyone’s childhood crush… I was merely a toddler and Max was the reason I knew I wasn’t “normal” 😂didn’t have the word for it at that age though lol. So glad you enjoyed the movie though! It’s a cult classic

I can see why Max would cause an awakening back then 😂 I can never remember when I had some form of realisation. As you say though, didn't have any words or knowledge at an early age of such things.

This is literally my sister's and my favorite Halloween movie since we were kids. We watch it every year without fail. :) Halloween Town is another one that we like and watch every year, but Hocus Pocus easily takes the top spot!

This was DEF a childhood film of mine and saw it so many times as a kid. my mouth dropped when you said that you never saw it as a kid but I'm glad you saw it. Thanks Glenn for getting him to watch this classic Halloween movie. Its so good. And that jump scare that scared you seb......I'm sorry but I had to rewatch that hahaha. I started to go back right when you said not to and I'm like "sorry seb, gotta see that again" hahaha. Also, I really wish I can tune into your streams on Sundays and be there live and support you but I have work on sundays. I do watch the VODs though
