If videos say “do not exist” on phone (Patreon)

If the videos say do not exist. And you are on the patreon app. It is a bug with the app, but a few of you say you fixed it either by: Updating the app, or logging in on safari/google/any browser and using it from there.

I understand it can be frustrating but I don’t think I can do anything about it. Just wanted to let you guys know! Tell me if neither of these options work however.
