I'd say Negabreel would win as Saitama is literally invincible and kills people with a single punch by definition, wheres Goku has been killed, and has to fight his enemies to power up enough to defeat them. But then I remembered Goku has the power of instant transmission, and Saitama usually stands around for a while waiting for people to hit him because he wants to find someone strong enough to defeat him, and he also appears to require oxygen since he held his nose when he landed on the moon once. So all Goku would have to do is teleport Saitama into deep space or heaven/hifl and leave him there!
