It's such a breath of fresh air...and I was so surprised that my girl from The Secret Life of the American Teenager came up with this. It feels so relatable, especially for something that didn't come from a book because we've been having a lot of adaptations recently. This is an original show and in my opinion it keeps getting better. I'm glad you like it so far...keep watching!

This show is so good. We have a lot of secret adoptions in my family that really put a lot of strain on emotions growing up. One of my sisters really struggled with learning about us having another sister that was given up for adoption and she’s had a hard time with their relationship and it all really changed her relationship with our mom. So this show really does dive into those emotions and how everyone handles them differently.

I wasn't sure about Rory in the first ep. I thought maybe he'd be a little superficial and just saying things people would want to hear. But I really appreciate that feet in the water scene. He didn't pry, he let her share as much as she wanted and he gave very sound and gentle comfort. I like him so far.
