I feel like if he was dating Kai, Kai would've made that known to Keane FOR SURE when he tried to grab Onyx. There's no way I'm letting another guy try to make sudden physical contact with my boyfriend without making it known that I'm his partner. Yes, Keane is Onyx's long-time best friend, but they are just re-establishing contact, and a boyfriend would stake his claim. Kai seems arrogant enough to throw him being Onyx's current BF in Keane's face. So I don't think it's that. If anything, Onyx may say, "...I'm...not dating right now." Or, "not ready for that." Idk, we shall see. 👀 Is it just my imagination, or does Keane seem more "aggressive" (that may not be the right word), or maybe more "determined?" I feel like he's not going to allow himself to make the same mistakes he did before, by not communicating how he feels, or being upfront with Onyx. I think we will be getting s taste of a very forward Keane this season. He doesn't want to lose Onyx again, or leave things unsaid...

I’m really desperately hoping Kai and onyx are not dating I think that would be a major low blow to Keane, like hasn’t it only been 4 months idk if onyx says he’s taken I’m gonna really be so heartbroken for Keane. In general I’m just so scared though like the angst is gonna go crazy

How is he dating someone after four months? Not only was he really in love with Keane. He went through REAL trauma. He got bashed over the head by HIS FATHER and now he might be all of a sudden dating someone..?? it doesn’t make sense to me. I feel like he’s gonna say he’s not ready. Or that he’s maybe going to therapy working on himself. I pray that’s what he says. I’m crying on my couch hoping that’s what he says.😢😢😢😭

you do you you’re the creator but my opinion it would be wrong for him to be in a relationship with somebody else within such a short span of four months, he didn’t even give Keane a conversation or a chance for them to be a real relationship Keane did the right thing by stopping that night and onyx left??? to be with somebody else??? it’s just a betrayal

I think poor Onyx is still upset and will lie and say his dating Kai as an excuse to avoid Keane for now because his probably freaking out and doesn’t want to get hurt again. Hopefully he’s going to say that he’s not ready. I honestly don’t think he’d even do a rebound this soon. He needs time and loads of therapy to heal. He wouldn’t be any good to Keane the way he is right now. It would be unfair and a bad way to start their relationship. They both need to talk this out, set up boundaries, and let this play out where it’ll be worth it in the end. But either way, I’ll have popcorn at the ready come Thursday! 🍿💜

I've been thinking about this and I am leaning towards him not dating anyone and that hes just not mentally ready for this. I think onyx is still messed up from the whole "rejection" thing as that had never been settled or discussed.. and eventhough Keanes being so forward, onyx is holding onto that and still doesn't believe that Keane is into him that way
