I’m curious as to why onyx lied about dating kai, although I’m sure there are many reasons. also in the last episode everyone kept saying that axel was gonna be keane’s roommate, but I was like “eh, I don’t really see that happening.” so needless to say, seeing axel show up was quite a surprise!! I’m hoping that maybe he’s changed a little and can help keane get through this situation with onyx 😭

Tbh I’m starting to really dislike onyx. Keane isn’t just some guy he was dating, and even if he was, it would still be messed up for him to just ghost him out of nowhere. However, more than just a romantic connection, keane is his best friend and has been since childhood. Not only did he abandon him without any warning, he ran when keane came to find him, and then lies about being in a relationship with someone else knowing it will break keane’s heart. You just don’t do that to someone you love. I understand onyx has a lot going on but that doesn’t give him any right to treat keane this way. I’ve had a childhood best friend, and we aren’t lovers but if she ever did what onyx has done to keane, I don’t think I’d be able to live I’d be so heartbroken. So I really cannot defend or even like onyx’s character, keane deserves a lot better.

Too much drama and miscommunication, I can’t anymore. I mean, the drama is okay but there’s too much miscommunication. At some point, it’s getting tiring. I still love the series but I’m gonna take a break because we have to wait every weeks for another miscommunication and it’s too frustrating.

I will not lie- I ran to hide in the comments after my heart temporarily stopped after reading the “I’m dating Kai” bit. However, finding out that he lied makes me think this is a “because I/Keane need/s to move on” arc from Onyx 😭 p.s. definitely saw the Axel-is-Keane’s-roommate coming

IDK y'all. I love this series so much. But waiting every week for the past few months for misunderstanding after misunderstanding, after miscommunication is getting a little exhausting. Like, I get why Onyx is being standoffish to the point of avoidance. But aside from his gigantic crush on Keane, he's always been pretty honest. This whole bob and weave is almost too uncharacteristic. There was no reason to lie like that, knowing it'll just set Keane off. It's giving the bathroom scene from a few NSFW ago. Also, I'm hoping Axel has matured a bit so he can be a good friend to Keane. He definitely needs one. I kinda miss when this was more of a dramedy than a telenovela. No offence to the creator, this is an amazing and unique story. It's just getting too frustrating to read every week.
