God I hope it goes well my first therapist was horrible for me and invalidated my experiences a lot and I finally have a good one on the 3rd try. I really hope this guy is good for him and that this experience good well!!

Well im hoping for the best but I never really know anymore lol I fear its gonna go south but hopefully yhe therapist is like just talk to me about whatever you want. Whatever you feel is weighing you down and making it hard for you to talk to others. Nothing leaves the room.
