Thanks, and oh yeah, I guess the appeal of this niche fetish stems from the control more than anything else. The fact that the victims lose their will and are at the mercy of the possessing creatures is pretty sexy. The inspiration for this type of art came from movies like Slither or The Faculty, gems from the early 2000s.
And talking about the cover, I’ll try to keep those details you mentioned, but I was thinking of maybe doing more dynamic poses, since the original cover is too symmetrical.
Oh yes, Trottinetto, I will add black sclera to Ember, but I can’t do the same with Arya, because it is a characteristic that shows possession, and well, in that part of the story she would not yet be invaded by the creatures.

You as well? Mine came oddly enough from the Halo games, mainly 3. However, Slither and Starship Troopers 2 were very big influences on my take on the possession and parasite kinks.

So how long have you been drawing ? And what inspired you to draw ^c^
Oh, I’ve been drawing since I was 3 or 4 years old. I was inspired by anime and cartoon characters like Dragon Ball, Happy Tree Friends (I used to watch it secretly hehe), and Looney Tunes. I’m 27 now (quite the old-timer!). However, it wasn’t until a little less than two years ago that I started formally studying the fundamentals of art. And that’s definitely helping me draw faster.
Mordium’s inspiration came from 2000s alien movies like Slither and The Faculty. And the comic book style is inspired by several comics from 2010-2016, like Batman, Kick-Ass, and Scott Pilgrim—all great reads. ;)

That’s great, having been a kid in the ’90s. Smartphones didn’t even exist back then and it was a healthier environment. In fact, you probably saw sites like Fur affinity or e621 emerge :D

I’m sitting at 43. I saw sites like VCL, fchan, and FA through the lens of a 56k dialup connection at first in the late 1990’s.
Nights spent watching drawings of furries appear on my screen at 4 KB/sec. :p
And attending Pokemon TCG game sessions at a local Books-A-Million on the weekends. o_o
