Hey guys, don't really have a whole lot to say this week. As I've been mentioning about the place lately, now that the Legends of Wrestlemania Review is done, I'm hoping to take a little break.

PLEASE COMMENT SOME QUESTIONS & TOPICS FOR APRIL'S PODCAST!

I Will Still Be Working on Videos However...) The plan right now (subject to change) is try and just play some games for fun, alongside getting a Making-of episode done for the previously mentioned video. Not as much to go over in comparison to the last one, more-so I'm not too interested in going into a lot of the greater details. I'll be working on that the next few days ready for next week. As for working next week, I'm hoping to spend every day shooting testing! If you missed it, I picked up a HUGE game lot this past week:

120+ PS2 Games for $60AUD = 50 cents each!

Testing Videos average 3-4 games per episode so that makes roughly 30 weeks of testing content. Basically a testing episode every week for the rest of this year, on top of the smaller pile I'm still trying to work through will take priority over this box. A lot of the games are sports titles and shovelware, however, I'm in the business of shovelware! The money I can make back on this from the testing videos alone, BEFORE re-selling duplicates/unwanted crap, means I'll be making money on this one. It'll be a lot of work to get through but I think it should make for some good "B Content" as I like to put it.

What Else is in the Plans?) I'm not sure what the Tuesday video will be for the 17th, which is kinda scary. I wanted to be working on my next major series review by now but I've only beaten the first of several games. So in my spare time, I'll be smashing these out as I really need to get this project underway before the Winter kicks in here and I can't get outside to shoot. I've really struggled this year to get ahead of myself and be prepared which is scary, considering the amount of preparation required for a lot of my bigger commitments like Tony Hawktober. There has just been a lot going on behind the scenes as I mentioned back in the February update, that is not getting any better. Hopefully I can get on top of everything, I'll hate myself if this big project doesn't happen so I'm trying to use that as a strong motivator for the time being.

Closing Thoughts) I'm really loving the more casual live streams I've been doing as of late. If you haven't been able to catch them, they are archived HERE if you're interested in watching. Re-playing Enter the Dragonfly for the first time since my review in 2015, there have been A LOT of laughs to be had. It's also productive, being able to update my capture archive with the Framemeister! Hopefully things can get underway and hopefully things start to pickup a bit as we get closer to June; the busiest time of the year in this game. The channel is barely keeping it's head above water at this stage despite my best efforts, so I'm not really sure what to do about that. But it's an issue for further discussion another time!

Thanks for reading and as always, I hope you have a great fucking day. Cheers guys, mad love! :D

Yeah, it seems like a busy year for you!

That's a lot of games to test, but that means more game testing videos and I'm always up for more of those. :)

SquareEyedJak

Sure is, going to take a lot of time to get through them all but it should make for some great testing! :D

Question: Whats your opinion on the spyro the dragon remakes? Do you think the games will sell anywhere near as good as the N.sane Trilogy? Also If Spyro were to get a new game, what new gameplay elements do you think can be added to make change it up a bit?

Brandon Pierce

Since you play so many games that are classified as cheap "shovelware," which do you enjoy more; playing bad games and tearing them a new one or discovering a potential "hidden gem?"

Thomas Donofri

Q&A; What is the hardest part of making a Square Eyed Jak review?
