The Break was a BAD Idea! (Blog) (Patreon)

Hey guys, sorry this post is a little late this week. Haven't been feeling myself and since not a whole lot has been going on, I didn't really know what I wanted to talk about.

A Quick NOTE: Videos are a bit muddled right now. Testing episodes are going up at the start of the week just for a little while. Had to be rejiggered around, should be back to normal by the end of the month. Friday videos are going to be Behind the Scenes stuff, including some Outtakes tomorrow. Sorry that there is no Early Access on that, everything has been a mess recently so that even being a thing was very last minute. I'm hoping next week to get that Making-of: Legends of WrestleMania episode up followed with a Top 10 the last full week of April.

The Reason I Never Stop) Following that video, the original plan was to have 2 weeks off. The first to relax and play games, the second to get a heap of testing episodes backed up. WELL CAUSE I'M SHIT, I did nothing the first week aside from upload a Spyro Reignited Reaction (since deleted due to a bit of controversy, I had some words about Caddicarus that I've since realized were uncalled for on my part. I have spoken to the man directly and resolved the issue so, no need to go any further into it) so I'm not too happy about how that week went. And this week just gone, I've shot a few testing episodes but haven't made much progress anywhere else. I'ma  very driven and focused person, I always need a job to do to the point where my time off needs to be scripted in advance so that I can maximize my break. 

Due to several reasons, that didn't happen and for me, doing literally nothing makes me a terrible human being and a monster to try and get back on track again. So I cut my break short, I'm working on a Top 10 video like I said and am finally focused on my bigger review projects once again! This month's podcast was shot today as well and should be up within the next week, in case you were wondering.

Moving Forward) I've been talking all year about my two bigger projects for the first half, the first being Legends of WrestleMania and then a second, much bigger one. Since I've been slack on getting through the games and the pure scale of the production, I'm UNSURE if this is going to happen this year. I'm still getting through the games, problem is all the games for the 5-6 episodes needed to be beaten by the end of March, yet I've only just started on the second of a long list of games so yeah. By the time they are done, the weather is going to be a big issue heading into Winter. The entire series needs to be shot on location outdoors so wind, rain and god forbid snow, will be a big factor. Like I said, I'll continue working through the games and writing the videos but I'm not sure when it'll happen. There is a chance for November and ending the year big, however the weather can't always be reliable then either and if I left it that late, I'd be better off just saving it until 2019. So I'm sorry about that, been hyping the damn thing up in these posts for months and I really don't know what I can do to replace it, but I'm starting to work that out now.

Considering the past month (and really, past 8 months) have been a rough ride, I'm hoping to just keep up with my schedule as best as I can up until the latter part of the year which will be VERY busy:
Spyro > Hawktober > Another Series Review > Return Series Review > Christmas Special
That's a mean order, SO MUCH going on this year all at once. I'll have to start working on Hawktober in bloody JULY if this is gonna happen but, I've never been one to back down from a challenge! ;)

Closing Thoughts) In my planning for various big projects, I've stumbled through a lot of ideas and found myself with something that's really peaked my interest. It's a secret of course and a very big undertaking but I think it could be something people would really enjoy getting into, like a side attraction that shows up from time to time. I think I already know what my first episode is going to be but there is a lot of pre-production required so, I'm looking to work on that alongside pre-production for this 5-6 part review series, ALONGSIDE working on stuff that's actually going up in the near future... WOW I like to make this hell for myself!

I knew this year was going to be a rough one and I keep saying it, but I'm ready to get my head down and focus on making myself happy for the rest of 2018.
