Hey everyone, how is it all going? Earlier in the week, we had Top 10 Under Appreciated Games go up and I must say, very happy with the reception all around! People seemed to enjoy it, the discussion flooded over into the comment section and the video performed better than I assumed it would. Normally after a break of any kind, numbers take some time to get back but no, this did well enough so that's awesome!

Working on Reviews) I mentioned last time how I had to cancel my planned project leading through May due to time, weather, lack of passion and all that. Since it was my game plan from January, it was quite troublesome hole to fill. I tossed around lots of different ideas, individual videos, hardware discussion, going back to series I've neglected and such. However, I feel like I've landed in the right place. I need something that's just normal to help myself get back on track, but my final decision isn't without it's interest. It's a series people have pestered me about for years and by doing the series, I'll get 4 reviews out of it spiraling into the more unpredictable side of things with handheld AND mobile ports! I really love looking at mobile games and I'd really like for that to be a thing people associate with the channel. I always wanted to be known as the guy who leaves no stone unturned and looking at mobile ports is a good way of getting that across. Plus, I just love the unpredictability of it!

So that's a pretty big hint, it's all you're getting for now. Expect to see the first review of this series NOT next week, but the week after. I'm hoping to have 2 back to back, a week or two with something else, then the other 2 back to back.

Preparations for Future Projects) I'm gearing up for Year 2 of Hawktober already! Not playing games or anything yet (though I probably should be), just making sure I've got everything I need. Struck gold at a Pawn Shop last week, scored some Tony Hawk paraphernalia for cheap. I've also been game hunting specific titles I need to cover this year, as well as keeping my eye out on deals for games featured in Year 3. I mentioned a while back that one of the big things I was investigating was an NTSC Original Xbox. I've done some research and found help on Facebook in some of my local Buy/Swap/Sell pages for games, I was debating modding a PAL system or just importing one. Thanks to their input and speaking with a few of you guys on the subject, I've come to the conclusion that modding a PAL system will (hopefully) be cheaper and easier to have setup. So right now, getting that secured is top of my list.

I'm also working hard to recapture and replace my old gameplay footage on the side. Of course, it's not entirely necessary. The Number 1 spot of this week's Top 10 was all archival, composite gameplay from a previous review just because it was a time saver and ultimately, looks much more authentic watching it. As I've previously mentioned, the end of this year is going to be mental with the amount of big projects and releases all dropping at once. That puts a lot of pressure on myself to re-cap games I've covered previously. Top of my list is the Crash series, simply because of how frequently I need gameplay from any of those games. Behind that is the Spyro trilogy on PS1, ready for that review, Tony Hawk games I've covered previously (though for some, I won't need the full game to get through Hawktober). AND, another game I need recaptured as well. All of that along with finding time to play games for reviews, test stuff and play stuff for myself... it's a bit of a nightmare that'll haunt me for the entire year but, for the added quality it'll bring to videos, it should be worth it!

Closing Thoughts) I've had so much stuff to test that it kind of took over there for a while. I had piles on top of piles, on top of a huge box of stuff that all needs testing that I forgot about reviews there for a little while. Today, I'm off to shoot 1-2 testing episodes which probably won't air for another 2-3 weeks. So I am ahead on that, just finding the time to edit these videos has become a challenge for me. Not to mention, Live Streams have outright stopped again. I'm thinking once I'm fully back on top of everything that I'll start doing Game Testing in some Live Streams instead, just to get it done. When people send stuff in, it jumps to the top of the list for Testing Episodes but all the purchases I make, then get put more and more behind. I'm sitting on 125 games and haven't looked at them in almost a month so... that's what I'm thinking there.

But anyway, I hope you're all up to speed now! Next week, we've got the Making-of: Legends of WrestleMania episode, followed with testing later in the week, while I smash out the next review. Thank you for reading and I hope you have a great fucking day. Cheers guys! :D

The only main series with 4 games apart from Sly is Ty The Tasmanian Tiger but there's no recall of any handheld games. Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems like you are reviewing a platformer series but can't think of any other series that people have pestered you about aside from one that has more than 4 games. Quite intrigued to find out what it is. Anyway, hope you have a great fucking day.

Well I guess that sums it up then. I'm 90% sure what it is lol but I think everyone else is thinking the same
