Review Progress) THE BASTARD HAS BEEN FILMED, holy shit. Thank god, I'm so keen to get a new review up. I've only got 2 simple shots and the VO to complete and post-production can begin. The video will be ready for Early Access over the weekend and up on the channel this time next week. Along with the video, anyone pledging $2 or more will get access to a blog post detailing the making-of and behind the scenes of the episode! It was a long but mostly enjoyable day today filming the episode and I'm looking forward to going into some of that stuff for you lot.

Also coming up real soon is the February podcast, that'll be up within the next week as well. That just needs editing but of course, the review takes priority. I hope that with Season 5 of the show officially starting that things can get back to normal but, that probably won't happen...

What Even is Normal?) I'd love 2 videos per week, to me that is normal: A Review, Top 10, whatever on Tuesday and a Game Testing or whatever on Friday. However, until this 6-parter is well into production, that just can't realistically happen because I'm only one man. Having said that, those videos are halfway written, they've been taking a lot longer to get done than I expected BUT that should mean the final product is above average... I'm hoping anyway. You might actually be surprised to learn that I haven't had a normal week of production ALL year so far. I just haven't had the time for filming I'd normally have and along with distractions and a little bit of burnout, it's been hard to get videos up. The only reason you've had a video each week is because I had the chance to pre-record a whole bunch of testing episodes a month ago (still got 2 more of those to come yet) to hold everyone over.

The Framemeister video didn't have any on camera stuff with me, so that was an incredibly simple video to produce as the one exception. However, starting at the end of this week and all of next week, I'll have unlimited filming hours! So hopes are to pre-record every game testing episode left out of the PS2 shovelware box, ready for editing and uploading. That way, what reviews and top 10's etc. I can get out, they should be accompanied with a second testing upload those weeks. We'll see how that goes of course but that is the current goal. Until this major project is completed, I'd still expect reviews to be slow.

Juggling) It's a life skill I never thought I'd be able to learn but since I started making these videos full time, safe to say, I've gotten pretty good at it! ;) It's weird from my position right now... I know how huge of a year 2019 and Season 5 of the show are going to be, but I've got sweet fuck all to show for it almost TWO MONTHS into the year. It's really strange! But on that point, I did say at the start of the year, I was coming into 2019 two months behind schedule which was an accurate statement. Right now, I'm where I would have liked to have been like 5-6 weeks ago. So yeah, fun times!

Closing Thoughts) You're probably tired of hearing (or reading) me say that I hope Live Streams can get back into some normal rhythm soon. Right now, it's really just a matter of exhaustion. Regardless of how hectic or simple my days are, I'm normally just into chilling of a night, rather than stream. Honestly, I think it's because I've just got so many different things on the go at once, I dunno. But hopefully (damn I say that a lot) they'll be back on track sooner rather than later.
