Holy- I'm shitting myself right now, this is pretty wild. The first week of the special is available while week two is still unfinished but it's ok... everything will be ok!
Firstly I wanna thank everyone for immense patience through the lack of content while I've worked on this special event, I hope that you all feel that the wait was worth it in the end. A second special thanks to everyone who has already jumped in and grabbed some merch to celebrate Hawktober, the response has been fucking mental and I'm so grateful. Cheers! (check your Patreon messages for Octobers 10% discount code!)

NO SHARING OF THESE VIDEOS!!! I can not make this any clearer, but you will have to wait until the videos to go live on YouTube before sharing them. I know everyone here is super awesome and would never think about it, but reminders never hurt when people are excited about content (and I'm a nervous wreck on the opposite side) so yeah ahaha, just enjoy the weekend of Early Access!
AS FOR THE SECOND WEEK of content: 4/5 episodes will be available here on Friday the 25th, along with the Downhill Jam episode going public on YouTube. The finale episode unfortunately will not be included there for 2 reasons...

  • It won't be ready in time!
  • It's something nobody will expect, so I think everyone deserves first eyes on it!

Please shoot me some feedback once you've finished the episodes as I'm excited to see what people think. Again, thank you all so much for your massive contributions to the channel and this special for the 3rd year in a row. Mad love! Enjoy watching and I hope you have a great fucking day, cheers! :D

Congratulations on not cracking up and going mental during the making of these. I know it must of been some ballache.

Bit of trivia. The vert mode in the TH Ride games were a throwback to the vert mode in the first Gameboy game.

I’ll provide a separate comment on each video when they are uploaded to YouTube, but I must say they were very enjoyable to watch, and it is clear you have put a lot of effort in to them. I will say there were less funny moments compared to the previous Hawktobers, but the ones you did include were a nice touch (because you are using a touchscreen)! The one where you have an arrow pointing to you was hilarious. However, I do understand that time has not been your friend, and with releasing 10 videos, I can look pass that. You also didn’t have to give me a shout out, as you already did in the Room Tour video, but it is appreciated none the less. I’m just glad someone is giving the game some love. I do remember reading reviews in magazines on the Tony Hawke GBA games, although I didn’t realise there were that many. It’s impressive what Vicarious Visions have done, although I’m not sure playing in isometric view looks that fun. Honestly, the GBA as you stated is a more powerful SNES (basically a 32-bit machine), but the small screen, lack of X Y buttons, and not the greatest sound chip is a bit of a bummer. I still enjoyed the device however, as it was like playing new Mega Drive / SNES games. The ones on the Nintendo DS look the most interesting. They have that cel-shaded look, which looks better compared to the 3D models. People make fun of the DS models, but back them, they were very impressed for a handheld, and looked much better than what the N64 offered. The ability to customize your skate and record your own sound is great. I remember in Mario Kart DS where you could draw your own emblem, and you could see them online. Of course, most people drew penises, because people are immature. I myself drew a naked picture of Princess Daisy, because I’m also immature. :P Hopefully the comments about Hard Drop don’t drive you insane. Must be an editor’s worse nightmare when a fact is wrong, and the comments just point it out. Have a great fucking day Jak. Can’t wait to watch the rest!

Thanks mate, I really appreciate it and I'm glad you enjoyed them. With there being less funnies, that is actually something I want to address for future content, is that if I can't think of many jokes, then it's still ok to simply have a more analytic approach to the review, instead of forcing anything. But on that note, week 2 will hopefully make up for it. Most of the GBC and GBA games didn't really have a whole lot to comment on. Also I love how you just casually admit to also being immature with your DS drawings, holy fuck mate, I love it. Cheers! 😄
