Where Are the Videos? (Blog) (Patreon)

What's New in My World?) There has been a bit going on (sorry if I've already mentioned some of this stuff but you gotta understand, my brain is terrible). I've officially signed and linked up with Screenwave and I'm finally getting to talk to people there. So far, I'm so glad I made the switch. I'm getting some strong feedback that will hopefully help me to get the channel back up and thriving like it once was. You may be thinking that surely it's going fine... and it is. However, the growth has severely plateaued the past 6-8 months, meaning that while I'm am still growing, I'm not growing any faster, which means I'm not growing enough. That's kind of scary but already thanks to some feedback from this new MCN deal, I'm getting good advice to help improve that situation. As for the channel itself, I'm not ashamed to admit that I've been struggling a bit. YES, there have been weekly videos but they're not all up to my quality (excluding reviews) so I'm looking to improve that through May.

What Will Be Changing?) Less content...

Ok, well we'll see how that really turns out. I've been slacking lately due to burnout from the Sly Cooper videos, as well as other things going on behind the scenes. Luckily the wave of motivation from this new MCN has picked my lazy ass up off the floor and got me in the mood to just focus on my primary content: Reviews, Top 10's and Shorties which as you should know, are being converted into something different. Everything else is really on the back burner for now as I've got no games to test and not a whole lot else to really make other videos on. SO, just focusing on the main stuff. The Rocket Review went up yesterday which went over considerably well for an unknown game so I hope you enjoyed it.

I'm currently in the process of working on a video in this new shorty/review/discussion type format I'm looking to introduce. The script is done and I'm fairly happy with it. Long but you've got to start somewhere! I'm hoping to get this shot tomorrow (something come up today and delayed the entire thing) so because of this, I'll be really pushing it to have it ready for next week. Early Access Masters, apologies in advance, your early access my be a bit limited this week due to this delay, but you'll still get it (assuming there are no serious technical issues) and of course, the video WILL be up next week! I've got a stack of sticky notes here of specific gameplay I needed to capture for this video, a total of 7 hours which I captured over the past 2 days; Everything from Grand Theft Auto, to The Sims 2 and Contra!

So I hope that explains the lack of multiple videos per week that has been the case during April. I was planning to have some Outtakes up next week but ah... turns out I haven't fucked up much (on camera) this year so I don't have enough for a full video. But don't worry, I'm sure that'll be in your sub boxes soon enough! I'll leave you with that and I hope you have a great fucking day, thanks for reading as always! :D
