Leopard Eye 🎨 (Patreon)

Todays tutorial is this close up of a beautiful leopard's eye! Painting eyes like this is great practice for animal paintings, and they are also great as a painting on their own. There's something about eyes that is just so much fun to paint! I hope you enjoy it 🎨

Supplies used:

• Liquitex acrylic paints - titanium white, yellow oxide, naples yellow, burnt umber, mars black, prussian blue, light blue permanent. I also added cadmium yellow medium and red oxide to my palette in the video but I didn't end up using them.

• Paintbrushes - small and medium filbert, small pointed, very fine brush for eyelash details in reflection

• I painted this in my sketchbook which is approx 8"x8", however this will work on any canvas!
