According to Balchunas: “As a group, that number [$361 million] would rank them about 15th overall in ETF volume. This is just FUD! They have only transferred $1B worth of ETH because Coinbase Prime is the custodian for Grayscale for their ETF.

Coinbase is the custodian of grayscale’s ETH by contract. That’s all this is. Rumor dispelled. there is no dump. Maybe buy the dip opportunity for ETH based upon those that saw the news elsewhere and reacted to FUD.
