POLL: New idea ENTREPRENEURIAL CORNER (Patreon)

Hey team,

I've recently heard of two community members who have lost their jobs within the past month or two. I won't sugarcoat it—our world is changing rapidly, and it could get tough unless we all work on sharpening our skill sets.

I have an idea: why don't we create an 'Entrepreneurial Corner' where we can share knowledge, collaborate on ideas, and create opportunities, whether it's for gig jobs, full-time roles, or consulting? This could be a valuable resource for the community, especially for those looking to pivot into new careers in emerging fields like AI, and beyond.

Purpose of ENTREPRENEURIAL CORNER

• Provide a supportive environment for individuals out of work to share ideas, resources, and strategies.

• Foster creativity, collaboration, and networking to explore new entrepreneurial ventures and job opportunities.

• Identify current market gaps or emerging trends that could be capitalized on.

• Discuss how global or local economic shifts might present new opportunities.

• Introduction to popular gig platforms and types of gigs (e.g., freelance work, consulting, driving, delivery services).

• Discuss the pros and cons of gig work.

• Maybe even trading for a living tips....
