I lost both my parents to cancer, and I'm certain that my mother’s death was linked to hormone replacement therapy (HRT), which was widely used in the '70s and '80s. After extensive research, I've realized that when we interfere with our body’s natural processes, we significantly increase our risk of cancer. It's crucial not to tamper with the body's natural systems.

I also always called Ozempic a scam as it "mucks" with your hormones.

This was an interesting article - and no, Ozempic is not the next AI, and no Ozempic is not a silver bullet.

TLDR of the scary reasons to stay away from WEIGHT LOSS DRUGS

  • Temporary Weight Loss: The weight loss effects of Ozempic are temporary, as users tend to regain the lost weight once they stop taking the drug. This necessitates continuous use, making users perpetual customers.

  • Severe Side Effects: Ozempic can cause a range of severe side effects, including gastrointestinal issues like gastroparesis, pancreatitis, and bowel obstruction. These side effects can require hospitalization and are significantly more common compared to other weight loss drugs.

  • High Cost: The drug is expensive, costing between $1,000 to $1,500 per month. This high cost is prohibitive for many, especially those without insurance coverage, and raises questions about the drug's value given its temporary effects.

  • Marketing Tactics: There has been a relentless marketing push for Ozempic, involving questionable tactics to expand its use across various demographics, including children and the elderly. This has been compared to previous drug marketing scandals.

  • Corruption and Influence: The rapid rise of Ozempic has been facilitated by significant corruption and influence within the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory bodies like the FDA. This includes lobbying efforts to change laws and endorsements from influential organizations.

  • Health Risks vs. Benefits: The health risks associated with Ozempic, such as potential malnutrition and increased risk of thyroid cancer, outweigh the temporary benefits of weight loss. The drug's mechanism can lead to malnourishment and other health issues, making its use for weight loss highly questionable.

Hi James, Normally I agree 110% with your health thoughts. I too lost my dad to a blood cancer many years ago. I've wrestled with the hormone quandry myself. I highly recommend the book: Estrogen Matters. Written by a hemagtologist and oncologist who has gone against the grain for many years. He was among the first panel of surgeons trying to convince the major surgical boards to stop full mastectomies and try lesser lumpectomies instead. The book goes down the rabbit hole of the DIRE effects loss of estrogen has on the female body, it becomes apparent that it must be replaced in some capacity. Bioidentical being the safest, pulsed method, with a week of bioidentical progesterone, etc. There is s STEEP cliff that starts as estrogen drops, namely major bone loss, heart issues, eye issues, dementia issues, unavoidable weigh gain, and many more. He shows that estrogen is actually a cancer preventative. I know, I can hear the backlash coming already. Please everyone, read the book, before the lashing LOL.

In reference to your mom, Bio-identical hormones do not cause cancer when administered correctly, but are instead cancer protective. However the Frankenstein versions of them created by big Pharma called “Progestins” will cause blood clots and strokes. Human progesterone is cancer protective in both men and women. Your mom was probably taking Premarin (big Pharma version of estradiol that is made from pregnant mare (horse) urine and NOT an exact chemical structure copy of human estradiol, and Big Pharma created “progestins “ which is a toxic and very different and incorrect chemical structure of natural human progesterone, used because big Pharma can get a patent for it since it is not natural and they can charge big money for it. Google the chemical structures of both progestins and human progesterone and see the difference for yourself. It is like a bad copy of a key for a lock that might open a door but gets jammed in the lock and eventually can destroy both the lock and the entire house.

Sorry about your losses James, without a doubt I am sure your parents are so proud of you. You’re doing something great for the community. God bless you.

I agree with John and I don't think James is wrong because synthetic hormones are risky. However, few are aware of the differences as they are nuanced and misunderstood because of a major paper which did not draw the correct conclusions from their findings. Pharma is mostly a pill , to address the problems caused by a previous pill, to address the problems caused by toxic, processed fake food. If i, or 99% of people here ran the country we would not have fake/poison food. So why do we?

Very few medicines on the market CURE anything. They just disguise the symptoms
