Going for the 250k mark 😮

If this all goes tits up, MSTR will be destroyed. As will I be!

Highly unlikely at this point. Bitcoin is simply a ledger for fiat debasement and people are figuring it all out. It will go up for a long, long time.

Rick

For those with MSTR leaps, expiring 1/2025 is there a best time to exercise if you want to buy the shares?

Indigo Hammer

MSTR, bitcoin and solana finally deviated away from the DXY. Thanks Saylor.

Hopefully more than an 8 day trend up again with all the events coming up still this rocktember.

Notice that when Microstrategy buys over the counter (should be called under, language manipulation), they paid above market price. Why? If such a large order were to be attempted on the open market, the price would have shot up by 5k-10k or so (then fell soon thereafter, then up again). If the order were to be broken into 100 trades, same thing, just more gradually. This way, the market makers get a fat fee and MSTR fills their massive order. That being said, 60400 BTC will be the floor in a months time.

I’ve been looking into this as well and ironically BTC is at $60,500 right now. From what I’ve gathered, buying OTC still affects price but it’s a delayed effect. My assumption is the OTC buyers and sellers know how their transactions will affect price so they negotiate a BTC price for the large transaction. I’d love to get more info on this and also see how OTC transactions and OTC supply amounts have affected BTC price historically

@Bitcoin Tenderloin. Great answer. I think you're right. I suppose I would have to consider the impact of my remaining Bitcoin once sold. Thanks 👍🏻
