Tesla

Insurance:

IA views traditional insurance companies like Geico being disrupted. Total cost of ownership is a huge factor for car TCO [total cost of ownership]. Tesla insurance is much cheaper than it’s competitors with far higher limits. I can now cover 2 cars (model X and CT) for only $126 a month. Geico was $5000 a year and then even refused to cover the CT. Total price gouging.

Fundstrat:

Fundstrat Analysis has an intermediate target for TSLA of $505 per share.

MSTR/TSLA:

If TSLA goes down post 10/10, IA will be swapping MSTR into TSLA again. IA would love to see low 200s and a price of parity ie 1 for 1 swap.

IA is opposed to additional dilution for CLSK.

MSTR:

IA executed a massive hedge; by selling the MSTR 11/01/2024 $200C for an average of $15. He did this against 50% of his bag. Full details on Patreon. IA notes the premium is very juicy, and requires a move over 15% to get called out. If MSTR does hit $200-215 he will buy the call back for less than what he sold for it up to $15. If MSTR goes to $220 he may say goodbye to half of his MSTR bag and roll it into TSLA.

Bernstein:

Bernstein writes MSTR has room to surge, and could drive the stock up an additional 64% over the next year taking us to $300.

Solana:

Price Prediction:

Standard Chartered says Solana price could surge fivefold by the end of 2025 if Trump wins the presidency.

LLY:

IA stays away from investing in biotech names like LLY, and believes his strength is his focus in few assets.

FSD vs Waymo:

IA outlines Tesla’s significantly different approach to FSD from Waymo’s autonomous driving technology. This includes data collection, scalability, existing fleet, manufacturing capacity, vehicle cost, and infrastructure. TLDR: it is all about scale. Everything Tesla does is with scale.
