ETH is all L1 + L2 activity. It is ridiculous to post this table without mentioning that you have excluded Base because it doesn’t have a token. Talk about spreading FUD!

Has anybody including james removed the scam fees from solana and added up how much is just nonsense scam meme coins ? How os that considered good use of solana ? Ie how much of eth vs solana is actually value based use as aside meme noise

L1 ETH transactions in the last few days have been around $0.70 L2 fees have been a fraction of a fraction of a cent on Base - $0.0002 and a fraction of a cent on Arbitrum - $0.0011. Given that there is plenty of liquidity on the major L2s, is there a great reason to operate directly on L1, which has been long declared the wholesale settlement layer that provides ultimate security while L2s provide liquidity and performance for user apps. https://tokentool.bitbond.com/gas-price/base Given that Solana fees are now around 70 cents to get a transaction through (as reported by IA), and the fact that there are multiple projects building L2 style aggregation extensions to SOL, it is not quite clear whether the technical and usability advantages are that great for SOL. If you haven't tried Base wallet or Rabbi wallet on ETH, I recommend taking a look. Usability has been improving incrementally and has come a long way from Metamask in 2023.
