What is NAV?

Valuation model on Space X would be really great to see. I don't have the expertise to produce a valid analysis of price/value, even roughly....but I sure would be interested in owning Space X (and XAI), if the price on these were decent. Right now, it may be a bit late (pumped), and they may be overvalued by quite a lot. Anyone know anything?

NAV Premium- indicates if the company's stock is trading above or below the value of its assets. Example based on the numbers in the spreadsheet: Market Cap USD: $85,808,531.61 Asset Value USD: $53,236,973 NAV Premium Calculation: The company's stock is trading at a premium because the Market Cap USD ($85.8M) is higher than the Asset Value USD ($53.2M). The premium can be calculated as: Premium Percentage = ((Market Cap USD - Asset Value USD) / Asset Value USD) × 100 = ((85,808,531.61 - 53,236,973) / 53,236,973) × 100 ≈ 61.2% This means the company's stock is priced approximately 61.2% higher than the value of its assets. The calculation of number of shares (B20) seems off. It's using MC in CAD / share price in USD. It should use MC in USD. The result would be 125m which is closer than the number on neptune site (127m)
