Sorry to hear about your house issues. Always sucks to deal with plumbing issues and HVAC. THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything you do for us. Since stumbling onto your YouTube during the pandemic, my net worth.....I would not have imagined it would even be possible to be this far along at my age. I'm still too young to be able to fully retire but I could probably take on a much less stressful job and focus a bit more on managing my small fortune. I'm fully considering leaving the IT industry and becoming a personal trainer and getting a nutritionist certification. I don't think this ideal would even be possible for me if not for you, James. I do believe with AI that IT professionals will certainly take a huge hit in the number of positions required to run large scale data center operations. I've always loved fitness and in recent years have learned a lot more about nutrition. It also seems probable that people will want to continue to prefer to interact with other humans when it comes to their health. I don't think robotics and AI will be able to ever replace genuine compassion for caring about the well being of other human beings.

Sorry to hear about the house issues yesterday. Thank for giving us another amazing video given the circumstances! I wanted to point out your differing treatment of a Democrat and a Republican asking the FED to lower interest rates. At the end of the video, you championed Trump for asking the Fed to lower interests. Before the prior FOMC meeting, a group of Democrats asked the Fed to lower interest rates. You scorned the move as being illegal, of course they can't influence the FED. This is just a piece of data in this data driven community.
