Stunning to see this data - a market that is going to 1000x in size in a relatively short time is something you want exposure to.

Wonder who will win?

36 billion per year in USA? That's pretty tiny

Not when you add the multiple and continued growth forecast

I believe this. I have been spending several months in China working on a project and the Chinese equivalent to Uber, a service called DIDI, is off the hook. You don’t have to own a car because the services are superduper cheap and very fast and efficient. It’s actually kind of nice not having a drive anywhere. China uses an application called WeChat. It is similar to a Facebook or X however, from there, you can pay bills, shop, bank, order taxis, all sorts of things. It makes things real nice and easy. oh and by the way, it seems after I have spent the last year there, it feels like 7 out of 10 cars are electric. And yes, there are plenty of Tesla’s running around.

How much cheaper are robotaxi compared to uber?

Ferg

Didi in Australia is always slightly cheaper than Uber as well just sometimes it's a little bit harder to get a ride

Based on this bar graph James definitively says robotaxi will 1,000x 😃. It's this kind of thinking that led James to support Luna, Celsius, Sam Bankman Fried, and many others. This guy only sees in black and white.

What will benefit Tesla the most? Selling robotaxis or dominating the robotaxi business?
