PayPal has partnered with global wallet companies to launch PayPal World, a platform announced on July 22, 2025, aimed at simplifying cross-border payments for 2 billion people in China and India by integrating local wallets and payment systems.

IMHO they did it just in time before Crypto and Stablecoins ravage them alive.

man I've used the resolution center like twice, once decades ago and I remember it being awesome and made me feel really safe buying stuff off ebay etc but then a year or so I used it to dispute an obviously fraudulently order and failed, it took like a month and ultimately had to ship it back and then the seller disputed that return and it took another month of pictures, email threads, and receipts, (I'm an adult so I took pictures of all angles, highlighted the elements that indicated obvious intentional fraud, used certified shipping, included all the text and email attempts and still ultimately didn't get refunded. The only address I had was the "from mailing address" and couldn't get any additional info from the seller. Anyway point is I took every precaution to detail and track everything and still ended up eating the cost, plus the shipping. I was like "well that's the last time Im doing that"
