Hey Team

Things are changing rapidly, and the sooner you master TA tools, the quicker you can achieve exceptional gains. To make that happen, we need your input!

Where are you tripping up with TA tools? Which specific tools, models, or timeframes are challenging, and where do you need more training to boost your proficiency?

Please comment below:

  • The TA tools you’re struggling with eg IADSS, PTOS, ArbCloud, ATR, Rotation Model, Profit Taking etc

  • The models or strategies (e.g., trend-following, mean reversion, trading on Optimized Trend or ATR alone) where you need clarity.

  • The timeframes (e.g., 5 min, 1 hour, 4 hour, intraday, daily, weekly) causing confusion.

  • Specific areas where more guidance or training would help you succeed.

Your feedback will shape and help us tailor resources and training to help you ramp up fast and trade with confidence.

Thanks

I do not consider myself a Trader. I appreciate more the TABI concept to help me know when to phase out of some ALTS I still own. I also appreciate you Rotation Model concept. Can you advise which 'plan' would be best for someone like me and when they will likely be available again? When I enrolled in Patreon the other options were sold out. TY you for all you and your Team do! Another Boomer/lady in IA : )

How to use ATR on newer stocks. It doesn’t populate on 12 hour or 1 day

I am new to IA Pro, I would love an overview video on all the models and how to think of each and how to approach sequencing going from learning one to learning them all. I tend to think of 3 prongs to investing: 1) long term holds - which would be great to know what that portfolio should look like at any given time (vs James' actual portfolio that is no doubt shaped by movements in each assets price movements) 2) active trades (sub-12 months for short term cap gains but rapid compounding - and what assets should I be looking for entries on and which model should I use for the trade) 3) long term swing trades (+12 months for long term cap gains) ... and I would love to know which tools and documents can be used for which. Right now each Collection seems to have many, many videos with no real structure to them, so as a newbie it is rather overwhelming as to what the ideal way to Grok the resources at hand are and what is considered 'core' (and still current) vs random (and potentially outdated). It would be helpful to know what are the core videos for an overview, detailed walk-through & other key aspects for: 1) each trading model, 2) Jame's updated thoughts on the ideal long term portfolio, 3) Jame's current thoughts on the current sub-12 month trading themes & names Seems like there is sooo much good stuff here it is hard to know where to begin. I want to eat the elephant, one bite at a time, but where should one start to chew :)

At 78, I am too old to become expert in trading tools. I follow James every day and try to manage my crypto and stocks according to his general principles. I might like to look into PTOS, but at present I do my occasional trades on gut feeling, so I’m not doing great. Also, when I trade US stocks from my UK brokerage account there are high fees and FX charges that complicate everything. I am having a great retirement but would just like a very simple set of tools to help me to make better decisions on my occasional trades. Perhaps you could recommend the very basic necessities in a package for people like me.

Fx19

a class for beginners and learn how to start, what to use... would be fantastic.

Simplycrypto

Similar to Fx19 and include a structured program that builds from beginner to proficient.

Is there a course for this or how how can I learn. I'm new to trading and I don't understand most of the term. Please guide. Thanks you. 😊.

I don't understand why you get such different results (signals) when viewing at different time intervals (eg 2hr verses 1D) Have you ever considered putting the information about all of these TA tools in a ZettelKasten like RemNote? (it's a cross-linked knowledge database similar to a wiki but better). I'm trying to pick up tips (from videos and forums) and put them in my own but it feels like double-handling.

IADSS : Deciding what start date to use. Do you decide by length of time or change in overall market trend or some other historical event? Do you have different start dates fro different assets,or the same for everything?

I've been learning by watching the videos on Youtube. I want to get hands on now with the different tools and strategies. Is there a structured beginners guide on how to start and progress?
