A few key TA Takeaways from the week and an eye to the week ahead.
1. Tesla at a Key Breakout Level
Tesla is in a steady uptrend after breaking out of a long wedge.
Strong resistance is sitting around $365–$367, a level tested three times before.
A breakout on the fourth retest could trigger a fast move toward $400–$420, given the “air gap” in volume above this zone.
2. Bitcoin’s Trend Hinges on $113.5K
Bitcoin remains in a downtrend (lower highs and lower lows).
A confirmed breakout above $113.5K would mark a trend reversal into higher highs and higher lows.
Failure to hold above this level risks continuation lower, with downside supports at $107K → $105K → $100K, and in an extreme case $95K–$97K.
3. MicroStrategy Mirrors Bitcoin Weakness
MicroStrategy shares are trending down, reflecting Bitcoin’s softness.
Key downside levels: $300, then $270 if selling accelerates.
After-hours price around $326 suggests caution, especially since it failed to secure S&P 500 inclusion.
4. Tesla vs. MicroStrategy Pair Divergence
The Tesla/MicroStrategy pair is heavily in Tesla’s favor as TSLA grinds up while MSTR trends down.
Despite MSTR looking “cheap,” its chart is still weak; Tesla is the clear momentum leader right now.
5. Solana Outperforming Both BTC and ETH
Solana is holding up much better than Bitcoin:
SOL down 6% vs BTC down 11% over the same period.
Sol/BTC and Sol/ETH pairs show Solana outperforming.
As long as support holds, Solana remains relatively strong
