Steady as she goes. Strategy has an experienced captain at the helm knows how to navigate these stormy waters.

MSTR is poorly run. On Sept. 18, [MSTR EVP & General Counsel] Shao Wei-Ming exercised an employee stock option to buy 10,000 shares of common stock at a price of $40.46. The same day, Ming sold 10,000 shares in multiple transactions at an average of $355.79 each. That is brutal. No wonder the stock is performing so poorly. Saylor needs to shitcan most of the employees and just run the company with a couple of helpers. Get rid of all that massive rent and wages he is paying.

Picked up more Solana at $279 yesterday, looks like it may finally run

is very oversold now. I had been out of it, but added some calls on MSTX - maybe we will see a big rebound in the 4th quarter if bitcoin spikes by end of the year :) we'll see.

James I picked up some March calls last week on MSTX. Yes crazy, but asymmetric bet if bitcoin moons in the 4th quarter. I had got in MSTR late, and had zero - so this is my upside bitcoin hedge. MSTR very oversold now - so this is my play.

Saylor is a grifter from way back. Look at how he bilked investors out of millions during the dotcom bubble.

They seem to have terrible timing on their buys.

"Although Michael Saylor claimed in July that MicroStrategy would not dilute shareholders’ Bitcoin exposure, he took measures to change this policy last month. Specifically, he announced that the firm might sell stock for new reasons other than buying BTC, and also removed guardrails to protect investors’ positions. Since MicroStrategy enacted these measures, the firm diluted common shareholders by 3,278,660 shares to fund over $1.1 billion in new Bitcoin purchases. This 1.2% of shareholder float therefore directly funded around 94% of the company’s BTC acquisitions in the last month."
