HODL

Hard assets means no counter party risk. Precious metals and btc in self custody have no counter party risk. Paper assets don’t belong to you they are owed to you meaning counter party risk. If your brokerage dumps you may lose everything. Land is not even yours and you know this because you pay tax on it every year. Thanks James
