There's something in the fog! Dear God No.. ! It's another episode of YKS!

In 1977 John Carpenter and Debra Hill swung by stonehenge while promoting the film Assault on Precinct 13. It was on this trip that Carpenter noticed an eerie bank of fog in the distance, which set his twisted mind to work. "What if the fog.. was insane?" He wondered. "What if the fog was just straight up psycho." This idea would later serve as inspiration for one of the director's most enduring films.

Following the massive success of Halloween, Carpenter found himself in an impossible position: he needed to make another film.. and fast! Alright you get it. We're having fun.

Brendle is such a good guest, bringing actual meaningful insight to an otherwise ridiculous podcast hosted by absurdist clowns.

Thought it was really rude of JF to describe the guest as "amorphous" until I switched over to the video feed

Thank you Brendle for making me smarter. I’d thought The Fog was boring but now I’ll rewatch with a new appreciation.

Request: for the next time you have a guest that doesn’t have a video feed, can you put a camera on JF’s monstrous little dog when the guest talks? I think it would be a little treat for us subs.
