Hi guys! So... this past few days have been the worst days of my life! I haven’t been able to sleep without having episodes of sleep paralysis over and over again.

I feel so emotionally drained and tired. Sometimes it’s very difficult to move forward but Ik I have to do I’m doing my best to get better.

I’m sorry for the lack of reactions this week, I don’t want to do them rn when I feel like crap, you guys don’t deserve that at all.

Ik for a lot of you my reactions brings you joy and it does the same for me when I make them but I really don’t have the energy to make them rn.

I’m sorry. I’ll do better as soon as I feel better, I promise ❤️

I understand Juli. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again- I couldn’t deliver the emotional reactions like you do. I’m not very expressive with my emotions like you, especially not on camera, but I love seeing other people be very expressive and enthusiastic about things, so this is why I love you reactions. If your mind’s not right, you can’t force yourself to do reactions. No one wants forced reactions that lack enthusiasm. And I totally understand about not being able to get restful sleep. I’ve been in the same boat for most of this pandemic, and I’ve had to start taking meds again, had to keep increasing the dosage and adjust to them, and I’m still having a lot of trouble falling asleep without taking a tranquilizer, and I’ve been having a lot of nightmares and I have trouble focusing at work. You do what you have to do so that you can take care of your family, and in order to do that you have to take care of yourself and your mental health. I hope you feel better soon. ❤️

I hope you feel better. I went through a scary time with sleep paralysis. Mine was caused by the melatonin I was talking to get to sleep.
