I have got this Sunday adulting stuff down pat. I am so impressed with myself I may have to try to replicate it next time I am home all day. 1. Switched up my tea a bit. Nice Oolong instead of my bougie blend. Earthy and delicious. 2. Got on my exercise bike like a boss (hahaha not really more like a creaky wobbly person) 3. Ate black bean and scrambled egg breakfast. 4. Sat at the computer composed a reasonable To Do list. Reasonable but it made me anxious because there is so much more to add to it but I made it doable. 5. Worked on my list and even multi-tasked and chatted here at worked at the same time. Man I rock at this! 6. Ate salad and grilled cheese sandwich for lunch 7. Got off like a horny teenager (that latest audio and pattern are so good) then fell asleep. 8. Hydrated and now back at computer to finish to do list. 9. Rest of the afternoon will be be working, eating dinner, saying hello to my daughter as she comes to pick up her laundry which I did for her yesterday, and then will have a quick meeting at 7 pm. 10. After being such a good adult all day long and getting SO much done I will probably get off like a horny teenager again and call it a brilliant day. Sigh. I am rocking this adulting thing. 😎

Am back did you miss me?!?!?!? 🤣 So, the fireflies returned while I was away, and I'm going to now give you a couple of firefly facts 🥰 1.) Fireflies are the most efficient light source - only 10% of their energy is used to create light. 2.) Not all firefly species glow. But the ones that do, both males and females produce light. 3.) The light is used for mating, but also sometimes fireflies synchronize their blinking and scientists have no idea why. Obviously, they are having a rave 🤣 4.) They also imitate eachother and now I have no idea if I'm watching fireflies trying to get busy, have a rave, or if they're mocking each other. 5.) The eggs glow too 🥰 it's a stimulant response, caused by gentle tapping or vibrations. Imagine glowing every time you get stimulated 😂😂 6.) They are used for science and medicine. Fireflies produce two very useful-to-humans chemicals - Luciferase and Luciferin, which light up in the presence of ATP (energy-carrying molecules, everyone has them). The chemicals are used to detect possible changes in a diseased cell. 7.) Some species of fireflies can glow blue, or green. 8.) And now to ruin all the whimsy - They sometimes eat each other. The cannibalistic way, not the fun way. 😁
