His boss is played by the actor who plays Vince Masuka in the Dexter series; I had forgotten about that until I saw him! R.I.P. to Tony Todd. What you’re asking for is better communication. Which is FAIR. But the unfortunate reality is don has been this way for 4 years now so you shouldn’t come here expecting to make things different. There’s people who’ve been saying the same shi you have this whole time but it won’t change. I do think it’d help if he was vocal about what’s dropped or not so people aren’t stuck waiting, however, I feel that also will leave people hanging more if he sets an expectation and never meets it.
