Hello all, happy Monday and start of the week. Here's a new video for Popple from After Audio Later a new stereo filter based on the Ripples filter circuit from Mutable Instruments. Details below.

As I've been talking about the house extension on work on the house I'm glad to say noise wise I think we're past the worst of it. By the end of the week I should be back to living and working among hammering and drilling, as oppose to jack hammers noise levels that would rival the most extreme industrial noise artist.

Coming later this week will be the video demo for the Tain dual 2:1 or 1:2 analogue switch from Instruo. We spoke about in the stream yesterday if you like to watch that back HERE. But you've still got chance to get some patch suggestions or questions in to influence the video if you'd like. Leave a comment on this post if you have any.

I'll be back later this week, cheers!

VIDEO DETAILS

Here’s the new stereo Eurorack filter ‘Popple’ from Seattle based After Later Audio. It’s a stereo filter design based on the Mutable Instruments Ripples v1 circuit. You have stereo inputs and then stereo outputs for band pass, 2 pole low pass and 4 pole low pass. Stereo cut off, and resonant controls as well as CV inputs are present plus the addition of attenuverters to fit the cut off frequencies on the left and right sides and there’s addition left and right FM inputs to modulate the two sides of the stereo filter independently. As always I’ve tried to cram plenty of patch tips into the video so I hope you gain some ideas and patch tips for your own systems.

Thanks Ben, great demo! I am becoming more enamoured with After Later’s unique modules and could envisage a whole mini-system with just their modules (& maybe a couple of yours 😉) what a cool looking all stealth system that would be! 😁

Oh, also curious (& could be a dumb question) about the saw-tooth wave reversal through the low pass as seen on the data screen @ around 2:35, do all low pass filters do that? Cheers!

Absolutely great. What sequencer used here? (Eloquencer?)

After Later Audio is one of my all-time faves. I love their gear
