HAND YOUR CLIENTS A WORKING DATABASE APP BEFORE THE MEETING ENDS (Patreon)

I used to lose entire evenings to UserForms — not because the spreadsheet was hard, just because building the form on top of it always was.
If you've ever tracked customers, inventory, or job records in Excel, you've probably hit the same wall I did: the data is easy, but a usable form to add and update it means dragging controls one at a time, naming every field yourself, and then writing the code to make Save and Delete actually work. By the time it looked right, I'd spent longer on the form than I had on the actual business problem it was supposed to solve.
Now I hand my data file to Claude, attach one skill, and get back a complete form with Add New, Save, Update and Delete already working — built right into the workbook. It looks at what's in each column and decides how to handle it: repeating entries become a dropdown, two-option fields become a choice you click instead of type, notes fields wrap instead of cutting off. I didn't ask for any of that. It just did it.
The part I keep coming back to is that it also handled the stuff I always put off — correct tab order, asterisks on the fields I marked required, and the row I'm editing lighting up right on the sheet. Small things, but they're the difference between a form you're proud to use every day and one you tolerate.
I show the entire process twice in this training, start to finish, on two separate sets of data, so you can see the pattern repeat before you try it on your own
