Your WhatsApp agent can now manage an entire CRM on its own — booking appointments, catching double-bookings before they happen, and updating customer notes without you touching a keyboard.

In the original training, the agent only knew how to work with one thing: the invoice-based Mini ERP. That was useful, but it meant every business running something different — a CRM, a scheduling system, anything outside that one file — was stuck watching from the sidelines. This update fixes that. I handed the agent a completely different application, a full CRM with scheduling, notes, and customer records across 11 sheets, and had it learn the new file from scratch, the same way you'd train a new employee.

The biggest change is that the skill isn't invoice-specific anymore. I fed it the CRM and told it to fully inspect every field, the database, and the macros before doing anything. It caught something on its own — the appointment save macro didn't check for overlapping bookings, a real limitation in my own spreadsheet. Instead of that being a problem, the agent now compensates for it automatically, checking the calendar itself before confirming a time, and proposing alternate slots when there's a conflict. I also had it update the notes for each customer in real time — so when an appointment gets rescheduled, the "why" gets logged with it, not just the new time.

Watch it live in action against real conflicts: a customer requests a time that's already booked, gets offered alternatives over WhatsApp, agrees to a new one, and the CRM updates in the background — no manual reschedule, no forgotten follow-up text.

Rewatch the training and grab the updated skill file along with the CRM application below — both are included so you can drop them straight into your own setup.

This is what I want your membership to keep doing for you — not sitting still, but getting sharper every time I find a gap and go fix it myself.

📥Your updated training, the revised skill file, and the CRM download are below — go put it to work.
