Your staff can now all work inside the same tracker at the same time, without a single file ever landing in someone's inbox.

If you've been running your business out of an Excel app, you already know the workaround you built without meaning to: one person owns "the real file," everyone else waits their turn, and somewhere there's a folder full of "Copy of CRM_final_v2" files because two people tried to update it the same afternoon. It's not a flaw in your system — it's just what happens when one workbook has to serve five people.

That's no longer how it has to work. I can take the exact app you're already running — your CRM, your scheduler, your tracker, whatever it is — and add real logins for each person on your team, along with an add-user button and automatic sync, using a shared folder you probably already have through Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive. No database to manage, no IT call to make, and nothing about your existing sheets, formulas, or layout changes underneath it.

The part worth paying attention to is what actually moves between your team members when someone makes a change. It's not the whole spreadsheet passing back and forth — it's something far smaller, and once you see where it goes and how fast it gets there, the "how did that just work" question answers itself. Even deletes behave differently now: a record gets cleared instead of removed, so nobody's rows quietly shift while someone else is mid-entry.

I build this live on two real business apps in the training — a CRM and an Employee Manager — the whole conversion, start to finish, with both finished versions included for you to open and follow along on your own file.

Your training and both downloadable apps are below — pick the file your team fights over most and start there.
