I BUILT A FREE EXCEL APP THAT RUNS AN ACCOUNTING PRACTICE (Patreon)

Your clients, your deadlines and who still owes you money can finally live in one Excel application instead of five different sheets.
If you run a small practice or service business, you probably know the routine: a client list in one file, deadlines in a calendar, invoices somewhere else, and a nagging feeling you've missed a follow-up. Every month you're piecing together who's overdue and what's due next week. It works, until the week it doesn't.
After this training, every client's documents, tax year and status sit in one place, with every call, meeting and email logged right next to them. You'll schedule work across day, week and month views, with staff columns and colour-coded item types, and just drag an appointment to a new time when plans change. And your dashboard will show fees unpaid, fees overdue and deadlines in the next 30 days the moment you open it.
One thing I've noticed is how much time goes into sending the same letter to a group of clients. Here you filter your clients, say every individual assigned to one staff member, save that as a segment, and create a personalized PDF letter for each of them in one click. You can even drop a filing deadline onto the schedule for the whole group at once, and I'll show you exactly how in the training.
This is a step-by-step walkthrough of each screen, including email and letter templates with merge tags like [First Name] and [Next Deadline]. You get the working file to follow along with, built for Windows desktop Excel, with Outlook handling the email features so every message opens for your review before it goes anywhere.
Open the training below, and by the end of it your whole practice will be running from one workbook.
