The camera is just to record his killings. The stand “Eulogy” (Epitaph in Japanese) you read about near the end is Doppio’s (tururu telephone guy). It’s the little face that sits on King Crimson’s forehead. You can see it in the images next to the text. It lets Doppio see the near future through his hair.

The scariest thing about Cioccolata is that besides the stand thing, medical “professional” murderes & abusers like him (in elderly care and hospitals) do exist. It just makes it extra skin crawling.
