This anime is WILDVery cool details that keep emerging to this story. At this point, I think I need to rewatch episodes 1-6 soon to re-navigate my understanding. Too much to type, all my thoughts are at the end of the episdoe in the reaction.

The old guy shot Shinpei's shadow to make sure he wasn't one. And then its pretty fast and not super clear, but the shotgun girl's sister died 14 years ago, its a little confusing cause they often use either first names or last names depending on who's talking to them. Alan said Ryuuske (probably spelled that wrong) which is the shotgun girl's last name died 14 years ago. So he was talking about her sister, this detail is a bit important later

Hi Tony, I've made a cheat note for you. There is no spoilers, only included things that you should know about at this point of the series. * means important information or changes between loops. ** means very very important. S! means shadow, for example S!Mio = shadow Mio --- Characters so far, don't need to remember them, it's just so you're not confused: --- * Shinpei - Main character * Ushio - The blonde girl that died saving Shiori * Mio - Tanned girl, sister of Ushio * Sou - Friend of Shinpei and the girls; son of the local doctor * Shiori Kobayakawa - The girl that was drowning, shadow * Hizuru - "The woman with g-cups", She is also known as Ryuunosuke Nagumo, author of the novel "Swampman" * Nezu - A hunter with beard and an eyepatch, acquaintance of Hizuru Tokiko - Pink-haired girl, sister of Sou Totsumura - The policeman Asako Kobayakawa - Mother of Shiori and childhood friend of Hizuru, shadow Ryuunosuke - Person repeatedly mentioned by Hizuru Alan - Father of Ushio and Mio, took Shinpei under his roof after his parents died Mother - white haired girl in red dress that appears on 24th. Hizuru called her Haine. Karikiri - a local priest Seido Hishigata - a local doctor --- 1st episode --- A dream series, where Ushio gives something to Shinpei, tells him to find her and protect to Mio * July 22nd Shinpei wakes up in Hizuru's boobs. Mio falls into the water. There is Ushio's funeral. Totsumura (policeman) gets killed by S!Mio and replaced by S!Totsumura. * Someone gets copied at the funeral (the flash). * Sou tells Shinpei that his dad performed an autopsy and they found strangling marks on Ushio. Only Alan, doctor and the police know about it. Shinpei and Mio learn about shadow sickness from Nezu. They go to ask about it the local priest, but get killed on the way there, along with Hizuru by S!Mio. --- 2nd episode --- 1st loop starts Shinpei wakes up in Hizuru's boobs, Mio falls into the water. * Shinpei discovers that someone cut Mio's brakes (possibly S!Mio) * Shinpei notices Totsumura killed by S!Mio and replaced. Mio notices and kills him. Before dying, Mio says that she won't copy him, because he was already copied. 2nd loop starts * Shinpei wakes up on the docks. He saves Mio from falling into the water. * We get a scene of Hizuru recording some information on her phone, it seems like she's talking to someone - I recommend rewatching to see (around 15:40) * Shinpei saves Totsumura and records S!Mio (He does this only in this loop). He shows this to Mio and learns, that Ushio saw her shadow before death. --- 3rd episode --- * Shinpei goes to Kobayakawas house, learns they are all killed by shadows and gets copied (not killed) by S!Shiori. Totsumura is alive, so he digs deeper into Kobayakawas disappearance. * Totsumura gives Shinpei Ushio's phone, protected by a password. We learn that Ushio was aware she's in danger a few days in advance. **July 24th A festival starts. Sou has a crush on Mio. * Shinpei notices S!Ushio in the crowd. --- 4th episode --- * S!Ushio doesn't know she's a shadow. She's called "a traitor" by other shadows. S!Ushio confesses her love to Shinpei. Shinpei gets caught by S!Mio. ** We meet S!Shinpei. We learn that shadows can update their appearance/memories by copying their counterpart. He knows Shinpei can travel in time. --- 5th episode --- * Hizuru introduces herself to Shinpei as Ryuunosuke Nagumo (author of he book). He now knows her "secret identity". ** We learn that shadow's real body is his shadow. They try to get out of the way if something walks on them, but can be harmed/killed if hit. * We learn that shadows feed on information. ** We meet Big Shadow Figure and Mother. BSF seems to know about Shinpei power and says that his blue eye was Mother's. * Tokiko apologizes to Shinpei, saying "This isn't why i dirtied my hands" and gets killed. * We learn that Hizuru somehow can predict/see a few seconds in the future. * Hizuru calls Mother "Haine". * Hizuru mentions Ryuunosuke as a different person for the first time. * Hizuru mentions a message that was supposedly left to her by Shinpei. Shinpei dies, killed by Hizuru. * Shinpei's and Mother's eyes meet while he travels back in time. 3rd loop starts ** We learn that the "spawn point" gets further in the future every time. Shinpei saving Mio is now permament. Shinpei concludes, that everyone will be killed on 24th of July, unless he saves them. ** Ushio (Shadow or not, we don't know) appears on the beach on 22nd of July. --- 6th episode --- We get a perspective of how 22nd went in Hizuru's eyes. She mentions "a message" again. We learn the priest's name, doctor's name and that Shiori's mom (Asako) was Hizuru's friend. * We learn that Hizuru knows a lot of people around here, because she used to live here. * She mentions Ryuunosuke again. We learn that Shinpei's parents died in the boating accident. ** Alan tells Hizuru about strangulation marks and asks, if it doesn't remind her of an accident 14 years prior, when Ryuunosuke died. In the flashback we see the girl calls for Haine (around 7:00 - 7:20). We learn that all Kobayakawas are shadows. S!Alan gets killed by Hizuru. * Alan gives Shinpei a code for him to find Hizuru. he call her, but Nezu answers. He shoots his shadow to make sure he's not a shadow. * Shinpei and Hizuru meet. She concludes that he's a time traveler. I hope this list is gonna be helpful to you, if you decide to read it. I haven't included one detail that I didn't caught on on my first watch, but if you want to check episode 5, ~14:30. Thank you for your reactions! Let me know if you want me to do this for the next few episodes as well.

TS seems to be a subtitle error. It means Time Stamp, usually what the people who make them use to be able to sync the subtitles with the words. It's normally deleted but seems it wasn't for this episode. Yeah, the panties and boobs is a common trope among anime, and it's something one usually has to tolerate to enjoy the overall story these authors create. Of course it's creepy when it's a minor involved, but this anime keeps it relatively light compared to others thankfully, and doesn't take too much from the story. Also, these subtitles are weird in the sense that they throw everything on the screen at you. For example, Crunchyroll does it the best to separate the dialogue with what's written within the frame vs these subtitles that translates both what's written, and dialogue, throwing so many words on the screen leaving the viewer confused about which part to read, or not giving enough time to read it. So don't stress about having to rewind to catch what you missed. Its definitely useful for this type of anime as well since there's a lot of information to keep track of. Glad you're enjoying it though and looking forward to the rest!
