Bringing Cringe back to Tier 3 - I need your suggestions 👀 (Patreon)

I’m having a blast speed-running Monster on Tier 3, but we definitely need to throw something a bit more cringe-tier in there to run with Monster. Don’t get me wrong, Space Dandy and Love, Death + Robots are awesome additions to T3, but we’re missing that special kind of quality trash that really completes the lineup. Please give me your suggestions so we can put them together for a vote. THANK YOU

Someone had mentioned it on the community post. Golden Boy, it is quite short (6 eps), as well as being episodic so it will be a good add-on to another show in the same tier. I will also second Cautious Hero.

🚹Actual question everyone🚹 Honestly I get confused what is cringe here.... Like Eminence in Shadow is cringe to me bc it's actually unwatchable. I'm not an isekai fan.... Just write good fantasy. So lazy (in my opinion, no offense. I'm sure I have some hot takes) But like does Dorohedoro count??? It's finally getting a second season. It's crazy. And crazy good. Hayashi YĆ«ichirƍ, who directed the last attack on titan season specifically waited until AOT ended to get back to this.

Yeah ghost stories dub for sure. The anime bombed in Japan so when the localization team got their hands on the rights they just did what they wanted. They turned a horrible “paranormal horror” anime into a fucking slapstick comedy with 2000’s humor that can slap you in the jaw. Cannot recommend watching the dub enough.

One of a kind show for sure. Unfortunately I’m afraid that it would end up with Madoka-esque aftertaste for Tony. The 3 part Kizumonogatari movies would be worth the shot in my opinion and end it with them for the better.

I'd recommend Gintama to Tony as something to watch on his own time, or way later in the Patreon, as it has loads of Easter Eggs and references to other shows and/or to anime tropes.

I really wanted to recommend Full Metal Panic “Fumoffu” but it’s an extra season that happens after FMP S1 so you would need to watch that first. But man, Fumoffu is so cringe and hilarious it was the only season I rewatched multiple times 😂 Who knows if FMP would ever make it on a poll tho when there’s a ton of other good mecha anime out there.

Yeah, it would probably have to be voted in to replace JoJos, or be watched on your own time. However, it’s the anime that holds the record for making me laugh for a huge period of time xD

Oh damn, do you think he would have a problem with Food Wars? Its getting lots of likes and I'd probably vote for it if it ends up on a poll. I mean its very different from Jobless but still has some weird suggestive scenes with relatively young characters (nothing explicit and no problematic relationships between them though).
