Thank you Star for the Patreon request! 🎵 This song was really fun to talk about music and the process of construction within a rock band setting. Thanks!

There's a cover version of this song for Bocchi the Rock that's also worth checking out. There's a fair amount of differences to really make it stand out as its own thing, while paying homage to the band that all the Bocchi characters are named after. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PiIAVnFX2eo

God erased was such a good anime. This song was easily my most played for like 2 months after watching it

Wait doesn't sound like the right song though but I could be wrong. The normal (I think it's the normal one) song has a much longer introduction before singing and the background instruments and the voice is different. I found it and it says single version. I'm not the most savvy when it comes to music to I'm not sure entirely what it means https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUX_JNixxZQ

AKFG have a bunch of great hits and some killer base / drum works in their discography. Definitely some more worth checking out

Star

Yes, there is a longer version. however, what I wanted out of it is how it is so simple and repetitive but sounds great. Which was explained well.

I'd love to watch you talk music theory and such on another youtube channel or patreon tier.

Star, what a request! One day we must definitely watch Erased here on Patreon.

This is so much better than the short tv version from erased

It's funny because I have both versions on my phone so when I have everything on shuffle I don't know which version it's gonna be when it starts. Both are great, as with their music in general. Blue Train I think is another great example of theirs that sounds "simple" but comes together so well.

Would love to see ERASED on a future poll. It’s actually the first anime I recommend to people who aren’t into it. 1 season, 12 episodes, no weird stuff, super strong hook, good dub, just a good show that happens to be animated.

Also love the English cover by Amalee, the medley of the OP and ED still makes me cry years later, definitively in context of having seen the show though.
