I was feeling a certain type of way, so this upload happened 🤣Just wanted to talk about some analytics stuff and then check out the full version of JJK S3 ending. Felt like it made no sense to put on YouTube, and it should def be here instead. LOL I for sure yapped and yapped at the start while showing analytic data. #sorry

This song is really cool and fun from a technical standpoint but in terms of personal preference its not my favorite. That's not to discount the song at all, its extremely well written and produced. But what sold me on the song was the lyrics. They're truly incredible and you can tell jo0ji just gets it. This show makes me feel all kinds of ways and this song evokes a lot of those feelings in a small, concise package. Theres also some real poetry, like what you saw in the beginning of the song when you went through the lyrics a little. A lot of the mood shifts of the song are tied to similar shifts in the lyrics. Really poetic songwriting imo. I wish i was fluent in Japanese so I could appreciate it properly lol. Anyways this was cool, always love your analysis vids

Totally with you on this tony. I don't get it why anyone would watch a 'reaction' video but don't actually want a reaction 🤷. Thanks to you my entire listening experience changed, especially after watching your videos when I re-watch old anime i notice myself focusing on the OST instead of subtitles and realise "damn! I've been deaf this whole time😂".

Yea, my experience is quite similar. Apart from OST's or song's that really stood out I just never paid close enough attention to them or internalized them. Whereas nowadays I actively try to listen to that stuff when I'm watching any media or listening to new music.

About the intro, I don't really get it either🤷‍♀️. If I had to guess, they just want to see someone 'like' what they like. Once they see that, they're done. But those statistics really show how low attention span/tiktok brained people are nowadays. I personally don't really have a preference for the two styles you've been doing, but if I had to pick, I'd say the ones where you just immediately get into the analysis, as that's what I'm here for anyway. I'm happy with the analysis regardless ^^

Maybe, use YouTube mostly to farm for fans and for a certain YouTube album. Unfortunately YouTube is easier to make a playlist of your videos at work. Unless I don't know how to use Pateron. 🤣 I would have never found you if it wasn't for YouTube and you saying at the beginning of the video that you are doing analysis to actually learn something. That is what made me stay, because I was tired of reactions from creators using emotion with no skill in the field. I do the same with other fields of content as well. Just like non genuine things have cheapened music, so have purely emotional content creators. You are not McDonald's bro. People want you to have a drive through, and you don't. You also have good ingredients, and some people don't care about ingredients but a certain fix. I'm even teaching my daughter to not be an addict in such fashion, because at the end of the day, it isn't healthy. Your format helps that, producing chefs over dealers.

i mean i dont understand youtuber reacting to music without pausing, just listening, whats the difference with us listening to the song on our own, i always prefer the one like you, who talking about the music, whats happening in this certain section, why its so good, etc
