Ok Ok, I dig it so far.Bro is a weeny that needs the gym (drungeon) to level up and get the girl ✅He technically has 'got' a girl but here we are in a blunder of young bliss, unaware 😂Already some pretty funny moments that mimic real life, but put in a DnD settingWorks for me. I hope it keeps this energy. LOL the character sheet on the back setup is interesting.

I said This before when it was announced with your schedule but generally speaking this is one series that actually gets better every season that comes out. Season 4 for example is so freaking good

dan machi is an interesting pick now. gotta say it is my trashy guilty pleasure anime its far from perfect but when that soundtrack hits and the moments arise it turns into peak for me. will always love this show in all its cringe and heroism.

To this day, I am still trying to figure out the functionality and purpose of the blue ribbon under Hestia's chest.

chakalicious

The purpose is to be the viewer appreciation ribbon. Functionally, it provides novelty and dopamine to maintain our attention.

DanMachi has one of my favorite anime OSTs

chakalicious

Bahaha I never made that connection. Bro's grandpa literally told him to join the gym so he could pick up girls. He's gonna go daily to get buff try to impress the ladies. 😂

I liked DanMachi when I was 15, grew out of it as I got older, but I recently rewatched the first few episodes and vibed with the dnd stuff. Excited to see it with fresh eyes

Dan Machi is a favorite of mine. I've seen all of it that's out (including the Movie & the side series Sword Oratoria.

AoiNeko

The "party" at the table in the pub is a portion of the Loki Familia. They are a large Familia and well known. So they can do dungeon raids in small groups or very large groups. There is another related anime called Sword Oratoria that focuses more on the Loki Familia. Only one season (12 ep) was made. I wish they had done more because it gives you a better perspective of Aiz and the Loki Familia in general. There are a few episodes that directly crossover with this first season of Danmachi and show some of Bell's adventures from the viewpoint of the Loki Familia and Aiz herself. The DanMachi Light Novels & The Sword Oratoria light novels were written to overlap in places. I think Sword Oratoria is a companion series or side series rather than a true spin-off of Danmachi.

Haven't seen this show, so far feels like konosuba if aqua and Kazuma were normal instead of freaks lmao

Bautista

Yeah ima keep it real, Bell's whole being innocent and dense is kinda just his character trait, its not a bad thing but i can be a bit overdone at times. The Dungeon crawling tho, it seriously gets insanely good later on. Definitely a show you can still have fun with past the age of 16 lol

Become a member the second I see Danmachi!! This is a great title - though I'll have to admit some of the details was omitted from the original light novels in the anime, yet still a great quality!!

having seen all of this show that's come out so far, it actually has a suprisingly well written plot and interesting mythology. Also there's a detail in this episode (no spoilers of course) but it's so subtle and you wouldn't even know what it's implying until seasons later which kinda shocked me seeing it
