This anime is quite the adventure... many moments of WTFI don't totally get the smoke/powder and its magical abilities, but there are a ton of wild conjuring in this one.. lmao. I have never seen a culinary approach to creating a vessel. Unique ideas for sure. All my thoughts @ the end

Eating food in the hole requires a minimum of 20 seconds of hand washing first.

Smoke is just magic, you’ll see a lot of crazy different types of magic here but it’s all just smoke. The black powder is basically a performance enhancing drug to boost your smoke. They look very similar so I totally get the confusion.

Well... Smoke/Powder is the magic that defines every wizard in this world(kind of like a quirk in My Hero Academia). It's true that Dorohedoro can be overwhelming at first glance with its strangeness, but in my opinion, its uniqueness makes Dorohedoro special

Unbeknownst Man

I love how Dorohedoro embraces its chaos even within its storytelling. It gives out information to the audience, but at the same time it behaves as if we should already know and understand everything that's happening. It may sound obvious to some, but basically, it's like being thrust into a culture you know nothing about and getting to understand everything as you go. It's a great series and I think you'll really enjoy the ride as it unfolds.
