Im giving you some information about this anime... While the animation looks explosive, there is zero magic or superpowers in this show. Every single punch, stance, and strategy is rooted in actual boxing biomechanics. The creator (mangaka) George Morikawa, owns a real professional boxing gym in Tokyo and is a licensed manager. So you are about to see all kind of info and the big process every boxer go throught, hope you enjoy it! Sorry for my english im still working on it... :c

Liking this a lot so far - very cool, even for me, who knew nothing about boxing beforehand! Small thing - what you've been calling an oboe is actually an English Horn - I absolutely love to play it, it pairs very well with brass, and its sound is perfect for the emotional impact this show gets across.

the amount your brain shakes from a chin shot is actually insane. The chin is the point on the head furthest away from the brain, so it has the most leverage when struck. Also, the inside of the skull is a crazy mess of craggy bone, so bouncing your brain off the inside of your skull is horrid
