To give some further context to that one comment: Yes it is true that Suis was sick when she recorded the vocals for this song. Originally she just recorded the vocals for the demo and then went back to record them properly later when she didn’t have a cold. However, n-buna thought the demo version was more raw and that the slightly more nasally tone fit the vibe of the song better so he ended up using the demo version in the final track. Also the male vocal harmony in the chorus is n-buna!

Woo yea baby! That's what I've been waiting for. And just like you said even tho there is not a lot of stuff happening in the song it still does so much and I love it. Also i am pretty sure that N-buna (composer) is singing the harmonies.

Yorushika just brings so much quality on every track regardless of the style, its incredible lol. I have been absolutely in love with this years album. You've analyzed 2 songs from the album so far (this and Play Sick) but would there be any possibility for an album review? I know you're super busy so Im not sure what the logistics for that would be or how much it might cost but I would love to hear your thoughts on a lot of the songs in the album because I feel like this new direction for them is some of their best work

He also did Haru, Rubato, Aporia and Plover. I do like the idea of him doing album or concert reactions. I mean, he does movie reactions already which are similar in length, but I'm guessing those reactions won't be nearly as popular as movies. My personal dream is for Tony to watch a Yorushika concert like Zense 2024. Or a Zutomayo concert, he likes them a lot too. That'd be so epic.

You can find Plover by searching for ヨルシカ - 千鳥. Some of the Yorushika ones on here are only listed with the Japanese name, so that's why they don't show up.

I swear if a 10 hour instrumental version of this existed that looped perfectly, that would be in the main rotation for me. Also all the percussion is played by their drummer Masack in this one.

Tier 5 is a hundo per song for an analysis. I have already done 2. There are 9 tracks on the album If you wan an analysis minus those 2 songs that is seven hundo but that is extreme I would do it for five. Its a lot of time. If you just want a listening I would do it for two fifffftttyyyyy

Yeah definitely not an amount of money I can warrant dropping rn when im trying to get a new bass, especially given the fact that its quite a bit more than just 7 songs 😂 good to know tho, I'll just have to hope they keep getting requested for now lol, appreciate the response👍
