As said before have a friend who is blunt to your face his displeasure with gifts received. Extremely rude and ungracious. Understand if don’t like but I keep it to myself or say interesting if no one knows the code. Lol

I think you just have to accept what you get! I’ve had many random presents from parents and in-laws ranging from shoe stretchers that look like salmon fillets, to clothes I would not give to a charity shop to ornaments that look like animals sent to the local taxidermist! ❤️A polite ‘awww just what I wanted’ helps lessen the disappointment x 😂
