Even though in most mainstream comics, the superhero's bulge is still non-existant, I'm glad to see that the super bulges are getting bigger in these big budget movies. XD

They most certainly did not slump in the cod piece, huh? I have to say... this movie really did a lot to boost Aquaman’s clout and appeal as a superhero in general. Up until recently, he was kinda the dorky blonde who was second banana to Superman, Winder Wonan, and Batman. Glad they’re giving him some “cred!”

I have to agree with you Song. Look at Hulk during any Avengers movie or Thor Ragnarok, I was hoping to see a big bulge on him and even thick Daddy Thanos but sadly was let down in the bulge department. At least I can say that his wife is very lucky woman as well as Danaerys Stormborn of House Targaryen (When he was Khal Drogo in GoT).

So cute. As a kid in the 60’s, superman got naked to shower. The artist made sure that an obstacle covered crotch and most of behind. But artist was so good I got turned on. Frustrated child of the 60’s. Lol

Yep, I really need Marvel/Disney to drop the bulge censorship which is years old and nobody wants. And it's OK for female heroes to show cleavage but not OK for male superheroes to show bulge is... kind of sexist. And I still remember seeing him for the first time in GOT... ymmy. XD

Agree, quite eye catching but it's just a small interesting detail. In general, it's still a good and entertaining movie. If they make another one, I'll definitely go see it in cinema. XD

Even though a lot of things has changed in superhero comics and movies, there are still progress need to be made. I recently googled superhero bulge and found out they actually showed Batman's penis in one comics, that's progress. XD

Yeah, I do think the filmmaker get it, that's what we want, nobody go to watch a serious superhero movie. Make it as cheeky and entertaining as possible. Remember in earlier superhero movies when actors had to wear fake muscle suit to look more muscular. I'm glad they are actually casting real muscle dudes to play superheros now. That being said, I'm still not happy with batman's casting. XD

Strictly speaking the movie is just okay for me. Its “Hero’s Journey” structure is so predictable. But who am I kidding, it has Jason Momoa in it and he gets wet continuously (kind of my thing). I enjoy my time watching it 😝

Wait....saw you guys were in the car discussing Aquaman and thought for a minute you went to a drive-in movie; which takes me back to my youth in a small Mid-western town and lazy summer nights. Realize you were driving home after the movie....my bad, but the reminiscing was fun!
