Joe and his mom both have big personalities. When they disagree on something, it often results in these explosive phone calls. 

Ever since Joe's dad passed away, Joe's mom's retirement income was cut in half, and she was not doing very well financially, so Joe really wants her to spend less on unecessary stuff (like paying for his sister's grocery shopping) and have more savings in her bank account. But their phone conversations often got very heated, sometimes it almost became uncomfortable to hear... 😑
